Craig was something of a wunderkind when he started in the financial business some 20 years ago. Back then it was all about insurance, but Craig understood the changing market, and took the time to understand the technical aspects of strategy and portfolio construction. 

He has spent his career flexing those skills to build bigger, better, and stronger portfolios for his clients. 

As a Tottenham Spurs fan, you could say Craig is now in the Harry Kane category of the financial world. He has honed his predatory instinct in front of goal – and with credentials like Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD) Masters of Financial Planning (MFinPlan) – he will score major goals for you! 

Trina is a Certified Financial Planner and has been in the Financial Planning industry since 1999. As a natural high achiever, she juggled further studies with motherhood and a thriving career to attain a Master of Financial Planning in 2018.  

Trina leverages her big-picture, strategic thinking to find solutions that best fit her clients’ needs and wants – and her love for solving puzzles doesn’t stop there, she has a collection of board games that is 100-strong.  

Trina is dedicated to truly understanding her client’s personality and financial habits so she can tailor advice to help them reach their goals. 

Stuart is one of our extraordinary financial planners and directors at Green Associates. With a genuine passion for assisting individuals and business owners, Stuart loves guiding them through the maze of personal and financial challenge. 

As a Certified Financial Planner, he proudly offers comprehensive advice that covers all areas of expertise. Armed with a Master of Professional Accountancy, along with being a Chartered Tax Adviser and registered tax agent, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. 

And here’s a little secret—when Stuart is not plotting financial strategies or on his early morning 50+km rides, he secretly enjoys watching “Teen Titans” with the kids!

Richard is an accomplished financial services expert with an impressive track record of over 25 years in the field. His extensive knowledge spans investment shares, managed funds, ETFs, and direct assets, making him exceptionally adept at tailoring advice for high-net-worth individuals and their family groups. 

Richard serves as the go-to professional for optimising outcomes in various financial areas, including retirement planning, social security, aged care, wealth-building, gearing and margin lending, asset protection, and self-managed super funds. The remarkable aspect of his expertise lies in his ability to elucidate intricate financial concepts in a manner that even those unfamiliar with the subject can grasp. 

Beyond his financial acumen, Richard enjoys tinkering with new gadgets during his leisure time. This hobby not only brings him joy but also reflects his approach to financial planning – visualising complex components coming together to form something simple and beautiful.

My initial career was in science but I started working in the financial planning arena some twenty-five years ago.

I have had a number of roles in practice development and research areas and advice, but have been full time advising for the last ten years.

I am in the process of completing my Masters of Financial planning and my accounting degree and have post-graduate qualifications in tax advice.

My three children and my partner take up most of my leisure time but when I have free time I spend this reading history and popular science topics.

Born and raised in country NSW, Taylor made the journey to Canberra for university. Graduating from ANU with a Bachelor of Finance in 2014, Taylor began her tenure at Green Associates in 2015, gaining experience in both administration and technical services before advancing to become an adviser in 2018. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to pursue a Master of Financial Planning from Griffith University, completing this in 2023.

During her high school years, Taylor’s curiosity about how people invest to make money led her to tag along with her parents to an investment seminar. Despite it turning out to be a deceptive scheme, this experience ignited her passion for educating people about their finances and empowering them to achieve their financial dreams.

Taylor places a strong emphasis on caring for her clients and their financial success. Her work ethic is characterized by a thorough and detail-oriented approach, allowing her to tirelessly find the best solutions for each client’s specific circumstances.

Beyond her professional life, Taylor finds joy in serving as dog-mum to her long-haired mini dachshund, Betty-Lou. She keeps her active side alive by engaging in touch footy and dancing. A wine and food enthusiast, Taylor delights in preparing feasts for her cherished friends and family, revelling in the joy of sharing good times together.

Originally hailing from Wollongong, Tyson has established his residence in the Capital for nearly two decades, along with his three children, two chickens, two beehives, two dogs, and one blue tongue lizard. 

With an impressive career spanning over a decade, Tyson’s journey commenced with the attainment of an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, propelling him into the world of number crunching. His trajectory led him to delve into Financial Planning and Home Loan Lending, fuelled by his genuine interest in these domains. His commitment to professional growth is evident through his accomplishments which including two Master degrees, Master in Financial Planning and Master in Applied Finance.  

Leveraging his extensive experience and comprehensive education, Tyson seamlessly integrates his expertise to offer top-tier financial advice to a diverse clientele, from his many years experience working in different sectors of the financial world. 

With extensive experience as a Taekwondo instructor for children aged 3-12, along with being a music events manager/promoter, and a background as a Junior Police Ranger, Davina exhibits remarkable communication, organisation and leadership abilities. It comes as no surprise that she holds the esteemed position as Head of Lending at Green Associates. 

Boasting a formidable track record of over 20 years in the finance industry, Davina has successfully acquired a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. As a dedicated Mortgage Consultant, her passion lies in enabling as many individuals as possible to achieve the Australian dream. 

Collaborating closely with our team of financial planners, Davina establishes enduring and constructive relationships with clients, ensuring their financial objectives are met. She takes immense pleasure in assisting everyone from First Home buyers to High Net Worth clients, cherishing the privilege of embarking on their unique journey alongside them. 

I am an experienced professional who has been with this company for 15 years. Throughout my tenure, I have taken on a range of roles and responsibilities, including overseeing day-to-day operations, managing marketing efforts, refining processes, and working with the office manager to ensure that our employees are supported and engaged. 

Outside of work, I am also a proud parent of two young children. I am deeply committed to balancing my professional and personal responsibilities, and I understand the importance of managing both effectively. 

In my free time, I love to explore new places and cuisines, and I am particularly passionate about discovering new wines and coffees. I’m known for my efficiency and organisational skills, and I always strive to bring those strengths to everything I do, both in and out of the office. 

Introducing Eleanor, a meticulous technical and compliance specialist, as well as a seasoned paraplanner, boasting an impressive career spanning over twenty-five years. With a Bachelor of Economics, specialising in Actuarial Studies, Eleanor possesses the expertise to confidently dive into complex financial models and spreadsheets.  

Eleanor also holds a Diploma in Financial Planning, making her an invaluable asset to our team and clients since 2014. Leveraging her extensive industry knowledge, along with her analytical, research, and writing skills, she provides indispensable support to our team.  

Beyond her professional achievements, Eleanor channels her skills and passion as an amateur medieval and early modern historian. Her insatiable curiosity has led her to explore numerous castles, immerse herself in countless history books, and even showcase her expertise on several quiz shows.  

As an Associate Adviser, Melissa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the financial planning realm. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business with a specialisation in Financial Planning, Melissa is driven by a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals and secure their futures. 

With an impressive tenure of over a decade in the finance industry, Melissa has honed her skills in supporting our financial advisers to achieve their objectives and deliver superior service to clients. Her dedication to client success is evident through her commitment to comprehensively understand individual needs and devise strategies that foster long-term financial stability. 

Beyond the world of finance, Melissa finds solace in artistic pursuits. An avid lover of art, she indulges in painting, adding vibrancy to her creative expression. Equally at home in the kitchen, Melissa finds joy in cooking and experimenting with flavours.

In her role as Client Service Manager at Green Associates, Bianca excels at cultivating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for each client. Supported by her extensive subject-matter expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills, she effortlessly combines her amiable personality to create a truly memorable experience. Bianca’s motivation stems from her genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others, regardless of the scale.
